How my order will be shipped?
All order will be shipped in our own appointed courier services. We delivering our parcel to Peninsular & East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). International shipping is available. Singapore & Brunei will arrive within 5 days and International posting will arrive within 2 weeks.
How much is the shipping cost?
Minimal shipping cost for Peninsular Malaysia is RM7.00, while for East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) is RM11.00. International shipping cost will be subjected to specific country selected and rate
Has my order been shipped out yet?
Once your order has been processed and packed, we will provide you a unique tracking code for you to keep tabs on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address and message. Please check your Junk Mail in case it’s there!
How much and how long does delivery take?
For delivery within major cities, it usually takes one day (next day) to deliver a parcel within Peninsular Malaysia areas. Meanwhile, it takes about 2-3 days to deliver a parcel from Peninsular Malaysia to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). It might take longer if an address is categorized as out of delivery area, which may take 3-5 days for delivery. Next day delivery is for orders paid before by 4:00pm every day. Excluding Saturday and Sunday.
How can I track my order?
To track your order, please use the tracking ID sent to you in the confirmation email your items have been shipped out. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.
What if the item I received is faulty?
We apologize profusely for this blunder and we hope it doesn’t deter you from making future purchases. We want you to have a good experience with us so if a faulty item is sent to you, please let us know immediately.
We only replace items if they are defective or badly damaged. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy page below.
Any item is missing from my order.
Do let us know immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order ID and we’ll get it sorted out for you.
Which address should I ship my order to?
If you work, it would be advisable to ship to your office address because postal services like PosLaju operate between 8:30am to 8:00pm on weekdays and 8:30am to 5:00pm on Saturdays. If no one is physically able to collect your parcel on delivery after two attempts, your parcel will either be held at the nearest courier service assigned office to you or sent back to us.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchange or returns on non-faulty items so please choose carefully! Return for refund policy is not applicable for wrong colour or product choice for purchases made in-store or online. Nor do we refund for a change of mind. A refund is not available if the customer bought them for someone else who doesn’t want them.
We do not refund for the subtle and unavoidable variations in colour, texture or scent that sometimes may occur between the batches with natural products, nor do we refund / exchange because a customer may not care for a product’s colour, texture or perceived performance on the individual.
Tuty Pout Beauty's cosmetics are extremely unlikely to cause an adverse reaction. Without any known irritants, out own cosmetics have virtually no risk. If you do experience an allergic reaction cease use. Tuty Pout Beauty is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient; please read the ingredient list on this web site before purchase or use.
Do not buy if you are unprepared to take the risk of an adverse or disappointing reaction. While we refund / exchange on faulty products we do not refund / exchange because you don’t like a product or it has caused a reaction. We obviously cannot verify evidence of an adverse reaction with an online customer due to their inability to present in person and at the time to substantiate such a claim. Tuty Pout Beauty accepts no responsibility for any reactions caused by the brands Tuty Pout Beauty sells, and does not accept back products for this reason.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or badly damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must still have original receipt.
For any product return to be considered for exchange, repair, credit or refund, the customer must first email email@example.com to clarify eligibility and process, receive instructions on how the items are to be returned and be given a reference code. This also permits clear communication. Do not send products back without emailing us first; return in itself does not guarantee entitlement, and we do not accept responsibility should the items become lost or damaged in transit.
